WebI've read that you don't need as much exposure time for thin layers. But the print came out like it's underexposed and it was thick and flat. 1.5s exposure. 1.5s exposure. Here you can see how the ramp was just cut off and is flat. I increased the exposure time by 0.5 seconds but the final result was a bit better but still very thick and flat. WebOtherwise plenty of successful prints. Start with recommended for your resin. I believe its 35s bottom exposure. 5 bottom layers. 2.5 seconds normal layer. 5mm lift height. Im running 60mm lift speed 140 retract (lower) if you have a failed print. Use tank clean function and pull the crap out as one sheet.

WebI have run a number of calibration prints and successful model prints with this resin on my Saturn 2. I have also just today received my Elegoo 8k resin so will be testing that next. I have found for 0.05 layer height 2.2 seconds and base exposure of 30 seconds (Could probably reduce base layer time but it works fine for now). WebFTR, I have mine all set to 150-180 lift & ~200 retract, but I've also run the gauntlet of countless tests for Elelgoo's ABS-like and created a custom resin mix to best suit my target results over the last year+, so please know that this is not a suggestion to assume immediate success via "Vroom" settings, but more to inspire you toward experimentation. bitlocker on local account
